To all BBI & INPL players, coaches and spectators .... we appreciate your co-operation with following
ICA Stepney's procedures as listed below as well as your club's requirements and Indoor Sports SA.

• Your Arrival

  • please use the auto sanitser in the foyer​ entrance

  • if your court is available, please proceed to that area

  • if your court is unavailable, you can wait in the foyer, bar or court-side

  • the kiosk is open as usual with hot food and the usual kiosk items

  • bar is also open with alcohol service from 11am (both kiosk and bar)

• After your game

  • there are a few options now that our restrictions have been eased

  • you can exit from the roller door closest to your court

  • we prefer you to exit via the bar !!

  • you may exit from the front door ONLY if it is not busy with people arriving. If this is the case, we ask you to wait patiently for the front door area to be cleared or exit via the roller doors

• New Procedures (these are permanent changes)

  • We are cashless​ - eftpos and online payments are only accepted

  • Drink bottles cannot be refilled. Please go to the COVID-19 page to view other procedures

  • We now use a POS system and we would appreciate your patience while we are all learning

  • Loyalty Program - sign up and receive 100 points when you sign up for the loyalty points program. You get to earn and then spend your freebie $$. Plus there will be promotions for you to earn extra points. We only need your name, mobile and email with your first purchase. Then 'quote' your name or mobile when you purchase next time at the bar or kiosk and earn even more points. We will not use your personal details for anything but the loyalty program

• The Bar

  • Will be open - woo hoo ! come and enjoy a drink or two

  • Remember you can purchase alcohol at the kiosk and sit upstairs, go court-side or sit in the kiosk

• Other

  • All facilities are available (showers, change rooms, toilets)

  • please respect the 1.5m social distancing rules within all areas of the arena

  • Sanitiser will be available on arrival, court-side at the bar and kiosk

  • when on the court please keep contact to a minimum/accidental contact

  • spectators are required to social distance

• Photos & Videos

  • Please let us know if you have any issues with photos and videos of your team being used on social media

EQUIPMENT

• game balls, wickets and wicket keeping gloves are provided

• all other equipment and personal items must be provided by your team or yourself

• inners must be worn with the wicket keeping gloves

• cotton gloves are available to purchase at the kiosk for $3 a pair if required

• there will be NO borrowing of equipment i.e. boxes and batting gloves. These are available to purchase from the kiosk

RULES & PENALTIES

• your club and umpires will provide you with an update on relevant game procedures

• some penalties will apply to players/teams if rules are disrespected
